Being a chef in NYC is not easy. But when you see guests leave happy and see them talk about the food, that brings me so much joy and satisfaction. That's why I do this!

In addition to making sure every guest leaves satisfied, I love learning about different cultures and their ways to prepare food. There are so many ways to prepare a dish, it's really exciting.

People don't know how stressful it is in the kitchen. And it's so hot too. The people in my kitchen are like family to me.
If I could eat only one dish for the rest of my life?? I would like a simple roasted Chicken with natural gravy.
The lunch crowd has changed. Whereas people would take the time and enjoy lunch, everything needs to be fast, fast, fast these days.
